1. The Lessor hereby represents and warrants to the Lessee that:
   1. Lessor is the sole legal, and registered owner of the Vehicle;
   2. Lessor has the full legal right, capacity, power and authority to enter into and execute this Agreement, be contractually bound by and comply with all rights and obligations contracted under this Agreement; and
   3. There is no action, investigation or other proceedings of any nature whatsoever, by any governmental authority or third party against the Lessor, which would restrain, prohibit or otherwise challenge the lease of the Vehicle to the Lessee as contemplated by this Agreement. Further the Lessor also represents that there are no pending insurance claims and/or other on-going litigations, legal claims or any other claims that may arise in tort or law at the time of listing the Vehicle
2. The Lessee represents and warranties to the Lessor that:
   1. Lessee is above the legal driving age requirement and has a valid driving license for the use and operation of the Vehicle in accordance with requirements of Applicable Laws;
   2. Lessee the full legal right, capacity, power, and authority to enter into and execute this Agreement, be contractually bound by and comply with all rights and obligations contracted under this Agreement; and
   3. there is no action, investigation, or other proceedings of any nature whatsoever, by any governmental authority or third party against the Lessee, which would restrain, prohibit, or otherwise challenge the transaction as contemplated by this Agreement.
3. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Lessor makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, as to the fitness, safeness, design, merchantability, condition, quality, capacity or workmanship of the Vehicle.
